Special Instruction (SI): SIs serve as teachers in early intervention, as it is their role to help the child with socialization, engagement in activities and daily routines, play skills, attending to tasks, and participation in parent and peer relationships. They are also vital in assisting parents with behavioral challenges that they face during daily routines.
